We require “full documents” on owner occupant’s loans. We will ask for:
- Two years of Federal Tax Forms
- One month of pay stubs
- Two months of Bank Statements.
No problem if you have BAD CREDIT, FORECLOSURE, BANKRUPTCY, or SHORT SALE. If you can provide evidence that YOU CAN AFFORD A LOAN, and if your debt to Income ratio is under 43%, you have a good chance of acquiring a loan from us.
